RIBA Regional Awards: 15 projects nominated

Outdoor space with brick buildings and seating areas

RIBA has announced the shortlist for its annual Regional Awards, and we are thrilled to have 15 projects in the running.

Our nominated projects include the 2023 CIBSE Building Performance Award winner, Cranmer Road, and Passivhaus social housing project, Agar Grove Estate

Shortlisted projects will be assessed by a regional jury, and the winning projects will be announced later this spring. Regional Award winners are considered for the RIBA National Award and several special awards.

The shortlist for the RIBA Stirling Prize for the best building of the year in the UK will then be drawn from the RIBA National Award-winning projects, and the winner announced in October. In 2022, the coveted prize went to our project, Magdalene College New Library.
